Dr. Zunkel, faculty in the MSN-NP PMHNP program, has been a Nurse Practitioner for more than 20 years. She is dually certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner by the ANCC. She has given presentations on couple's communication, family stress reduction, MBSR, and diagnostic reasoning for NP students.

Dr. Zunkel teaches in the PMHNP Practicum courses and mentors new PMHNP graduates.
