Dr. Lasker passionately believes that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and be healthy. Her research focus is in the areas of environmental health and justice, epigenetics, and nutrition. It centers on the impact of pesticide bioaccumulation (through environmental and food exposure) on human health. She is also investigating the intersection of toxicology, green chemistry, and educational outreach through her work with MoDRN (Molecular Design Research Network). Dr. Lasker has focused her career on teaching and program development, particularly online programs. She is a certified online developer and instructional designer, working in this capacity for programs and grants across the country.
