Dr. Glenda Reynolds’ professional experience includes business owner, teacher, school counselor, licensed professional counselor and counselor educator. She was a teacher in high school, special education teacher, then, school counselor before she moved into counselor education. Her experience includes land-based and online universities. She is currently a Contributing Faculty in Walden University’s School of Counseling where she is supervising field experiences for students in the counseling program. Dr. Reynolds has also been a counselor working with a variety of military and civilian populations.
Dr. Reynolds has presented at numerous state, national, and international conferences and workshops. Her research interest is gambling addiction and bipolar disorder. She has enjoyed serving her profession and citizens of her state through an appointment by the governor to the state licensing board for counselors. Dr. Reynolds was asked to develop a statewide system for helping people who are addicted to gambling and their families and is currently serving on a board to certify counselors throughout the state in problem gambling counseling.
