Dr. Fran Goldman’s formal training is in political science with a concentration in public policy and administration. Dr. Goldman has served in various roles over her 20+ career teaching undergraduate and graduate courses as an adjunct assistant professor at Binghamton University and Broome Community College. She has been a Contributing Faculty Member in the School of Public Policy and Administration since 2002 as well as a URR and has taught courses on women’s studies, human resource management, leadership and ethics and currently teaches the doctoral capstone. Dr. Goldman has served on numerous doctoral student dissertation committees.
Dr. Goldman’s research interests focus primarily on gender wage inequity, leadership and change, public policy, and human resources. Dr. Goldman currently serves as Co-chair for the Women's Rights and Concerns Committee for United University Professions.
