Dr. Toth serves as a student-research mentor in Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment. She chairs students’ research in the prospectus and proposal stages and is available to serve on student committees as subject-matter expert. Her mentoring approach is shaped by her international and interdisciplinary experiences and is based on a genuine care for students’ learning. Dr. Toth’s own research and publications examine blended learning and the social implications of scientific and engineering practice. Dr. Toth’s higher-education teaching experience spans ten years and includes teaching graduate and undergraduate students. She has designed and taught courses such as “Instructional Design”, “Theories and Models of Teaching”, “Educational Psychology“, “Classroom Management”, “Curriculum Evaluation”, “Ethics of Scientific Research”.
