Dr. Meyer is a clinical psychologist with expertise in health psychology and healthcare consulting. His 20 years of leadership experience in healthcare span clinical service delivery, research, operations, management consultation, and program development. In addition to his PsyD from Pepperdine University, he has a Master's Degree in Healthcare Policy and Management from SUNY Stony Brook University and a Master's Certificate in Public Health and Outcomes Measurement from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Dr. Meyer is also a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).

Dr. Meyer has held management, consulting, and academic faculty positions in several large healthcare organizations including Partners Healthcare/Harvard Medical School, Northwell Health/Hofstra Medical School and Albert Einstein School of Medicine, and the New York City Health + Hospitals system. As a healthcare consultant, his area of expertise includes service line transformation (change management, population health, value-based care) and quality/performance improvement.

Health psychology has been a primary area of research interest for Dr. Meyer. He has been awarded more than 8 Million dollars in grant funding as the Principal Investigator/Program Director for a number of large, national research projects and program development efforts.
