Dr. Elise (Mickey) Fullmer has been a social work educator since 1988 and for over 16 years has been an academic administrator for various Schools including UNC-Charlotte, Spalding University, Murray State University, Spalding University, Radford University and West Virginia University. She received her BS in Psychology and MSW at the University of Utah. She received her Ph.D. in Social Work at the State University of New York at Albany. At both the University of Utah and SUNY Albany her emphasis was in gerontology and particularly the aging of disenfranchised groups.
