Edna Hull has been a registered nurse for 46 years with the last 22 years devoted to academic nursing education. A certified nurse educator, she has facilitated practical nursing students, ADN, RN-BSN, MSN, DNP and nursing PhD students. With a background in higher education administration, she has also served as adjunct faculty in the College of Education Administration and Foundations at the University of New Orleans. Recently retired as associate professor of Graduate Nursing Programs at Southern University Baton Rouge, Dr. Hull is senior contributing faculty member for Walden University. When not teaching online students, Dr. Hull also serves as university research reviewer (URR) at Walden. Last, Dr. Hull also serves as associate editor of Teaching and Learning in Nursing: The Official Journal of the Organization for Associate Degree Nursing.
