Donna Bialach retired from the Michigan Public Schools in 2003, after serving 28 years as an elementary classroom teacher, teacher of the gifted and talented, and as an elementary principal. She went on as an adjunct in the Education department at Oakland University in Rochester Hills, MI, teaching Curriculum Design and Assessment. After moving from Michigan to Pennsylvania, Donna has been affiliated with West Chester University as an adjunct teacher in the Education department and as a university supervisor of student teachers. She has been an instructor in Walden University's Richard W. Riley College of Education and Leadership since 2003. Donna is currently a doctoral student at Walden.
