I hold a PhD in Educational Psychology and Quantitative Research Methods from the University of Denver, an MA in Applied Developmental Psychology from the University of Colorado, and a BA in Social Science Education from the University of Northern Colorado.
Recently, I was the Dean of Research at the University of the Rockies. I was Director of Research and Evaluation at the Colorado Department of Education (CDE). Earlier in my career, I was at the University of Denver and the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center engaged in research on the genetics and neurology of learning disorders. I am currently the Director of Institutional Research and Decision Analytics at the Colorado Community College System in Denver, Colorado
