Educated teams of greater than 300 staff in organizational compliance and safety. Has numerous years of online experience. Led Nursing teams as well as having operations experience where oversight extended beyond clinical teams with over 400 FTE’s. Excelled in areas such as Emergency and Inpatient Unit turnarounds, patient satisfaction and staff satisfaction and all areas of quality and performance improvement. In current senior leadership position as Chief Nurse Executive & Compliance Officer has been successful in implementing HCAHPS as a measurement tool for patient satisfaction and have achieved the 95th percentile. In addition, Have recently had a very successful full survey from The Joint Commission with only 1 RFI using the new Safer Matrix indirect standard deficiencies.
My Personal Career Mission: To improve healthcare delivery that takes place at the bedsides throughout the care continuum by both senior leadership as well as mentoring and teaching the leaders of the future.
My Personal Life: I am married and have 5 children and a dog named Pippi. I currently have 3 children in High School, 1 in college and 1 who is figuring out what he wants to do in life. As far as my hobbies, when I actually do have some down time I enjoy gardening as we live in a beautiful wooded environment in Southern New Jersey.
