Dr. Cynthia Waisner is an expert facilitator, educator, coach, consultant, and C-level business advisor. For over 25 years, she has assisted individuals, teams, and businesses in achieving clarity, focus, and alignment. She is recognized as a master facilitator, enabling groups to resolve issues and take actions to achieve meaningful and lasting change. As a consultant, she helps C-suite executives and their organizations define and realize their strategic goals, develop as leaders, and form and maintain healthy and vibrant organizational cultures. She is a Certified Master Coach, adept at helping leaders activate their motivation and develop new habits and behaviors. She has served as a contributing faculty member for over 15 years, including 5 years at Walden, developing and delivering courses in management, leadership, marketing, organizational behavior, and supervision. Dr. Waisner's focus is on helping individuals, teams, and organizations fully discover their leadership and influence and use it to effect positive change.
