Connie Cooper

Dr. Connie Cooper's career began in Nursing. She practiced in areas of medical/surgical nursing, mental health nursing and community health nursing. Education career began in a 3 year Diploma Program and progressed to Universities. Her teaching career expands over 30 plus years. At the various universities her teaching followed her specialty of mental health nursing and community health nursing. Following her EdD in Instructional Technology, she moved into education leadership. She has been a Program Director for 2 years and Dean for 4 years.
Her role as contributing faculty at Walden University has been in the areas of Masters of Science in Nursing Core and Education.

Dr. Cooper's podium and poster presentations have centered around community health, informatics and nursing education.
