Richard W. Riley College of Education and Leadership
I am in North Texas, so I am on the central time zone. I have a flexible schedule, but I am mostly available in the evenings and weekends. I can, however, get back to you during the day on some occasions. Please email me for all course questions. This is our primary means of communication. I can respond to text or a call for emergencies only. I can also set up an appointment to talk if needed if we can't resolve questions through email first.
Notes: I earned my Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from The University of North Texas. I also earned my M.Ed. in Special Education from UNT as well. Before that, I attended North Carolina State University and received my Sports Management degree.
I have been in the Special Education field for about 15 years. I am currently working in our Special Education Administration Department in Frisco ISD. Prior to that, I have taught high school special education students, I was an Educational Diagnostician, I worked with state testing for Special Education students, and I have taught undergraduate and graduate Special Education Courses since 2005. In addition to teaching graduate courses at Walden U., I was a University Supervisor for our department and I serve on our Teacher Licensure Assessment Committee.
