Dr. Chris Hogan holds over 12 years of experience in academic leadership, higher education, and Instructional design training in an array of institutional educational settings across the United States and abroad. She has evaluated and identified learning needs, plus performance gaps in partnership and created corresponding development solutions. She has overseen several aspects of graduate program curriculum; designed academic and research courses online and traditional in an array of technical learning platforms. She has constructed and designed alternate learning course materials & manuals, assisted in maintaining American accreditation standards and facilitated marketing, recruitment, student advising, faculty training, and community outreach. She has planned, and developed; organized, implemented, directed, and evaluated fiscal functions. She established effective delivery methods, including formal classroom, asynchronous online, synchronous webcast, cohort group, coaching, and experiential learning.
