Charisma Kathryn Caldwell earned her Doctorate of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) at Hampton University in May 2016. She also received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree from Tuskegee University in May 2012. Dr. Caldwell is currently licensed as a registered pharmacist in Alabama (Issuance Date: 11/01/2016) and Georgia (Issuance Date: 01/25/2018). She currently works at Walgreen’s Pharmacy (Store #06561) as a pharmacist and is also the pharmacy manager. Dr. Caldwell has been with the Walgreen’s company since February 2017. AS a community pharmacist, she specialties include patient counseling and education, over-the-counter medication recommendations, drug utilization reviews and immunizations. Dr. Caldwell also has experiences in several pharmaceutical sub-specialties such as mental health, internal medicine, hypertension & diabetes management, and warfarin & clozapine management. Both her online teaching and Walden University career began in October 2018 as a part-time/contributing faculty member in the College of Health Sciences, School of Nursing.
