Dr. Aundrea T. Harris has a PhD and MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology (specialization: Leadership Development and Coaching), from Walden University. Her academic background includes a MA in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University and BS in Business Administration and Accounting from Northwestern State University. In July 2021, Dr. Harris completed a 2-year Postdoctoral Teaching and Research Fellow for Diversity in I/O Psychology at Walden University. Her current role at Walden University is as a Contributing Faculty member and the Chair, Second Committee Member, and University Research Reviewer of Doctoral Capstone Studies in the Behavioral Health Leadership Program (I/O Psychology – PsyD). She has been working in higher education since 2019.

Dr. Harris had the privilege to co-facilitate a breakout session in the workshop, Cross-Cultural Collaborations: Embracing Authenticity, Humility, and Vulnerability to Strengthen Positive Social Change, in March 2020. This workshop was hosted by Real World Solutions to Real World Problems from Walden's Center for Social Change. In October 2020, she had the pleasure of conversing with her Postdoctoral Fellow faculty supervisor (Dr. Frederica Hendricks-Noble) on Walden University's MyFaculty Podcasts. The podcast title is Supervisor and Fellow: A Support Model in Course-based. In April 2021, Dr. Harris' first peer-reviewed article was published by Walden University's Journal of Educational Research and Practice. During the Winter 2022 Walden University Virtual National Faculty Meeting, she presented a Breakout Session, Mindfulness: A Tool for Resiliency.

Dr. Harris has published three books and advocates for the total well-being of individuals and organizations. She has over 25 years of experience helping leaders uproot patterns that are not in alignment with their destiny, coaching them into a pattern of success in every area of life, one layer at a time. As an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist, Dr. Harris is committed to getting to the root cause of dysfunction so women can thrive personally and professionally.
