Dr. Allana Da Graca is a Contributing Faculty Member in the College of Management and Technology. She received her Ph.D. degree in Professional Studies with an emphasis on communication and goal setting. Her research interests lie in the areas of Business Communication practice. As a graduate of Emerson College with a Master’s in New Media and Theater Arts, Dr. Da Graca helps individuals and professionals reach new milestones with creativity and innovation.
Specifically, her research focuses on the following areas: (1) adult learning, (2) online learning, (3) communication practice and (4) integration of new media in social media planning and design.
Dr. DaGraca is the founder of Turning On the Lights Global Institute. She assists small businesses with ideation, communication strategy, and social media branding. She often gives presentations to institutions, corporations, and NGO’s around goal attainment. She is the author of several Indie publications, and a contributor to the Sage Encyclopedia of Online Learning. She has spent many years traveling abroad and highlighting her global experiences in all of her talks and discussions.
