Dr. Paul’s previous employment experience includes more than 20 years of professional and leadership experience within institutions of higher education, serving as a certified career counselor, clinical practitioner, consultant, professor, and academic administrator. Specifically, she has taught graduate and undergraduate courses at colleges and universities and served as chair of Counseling, Psychology, and Human Services at a university. Dr. Paul has been recognized in various publications, such as Who’s Who Among Human Services Professionals, Who’s Who in American Education, Who’s Who Among Women, and Who’s Who in America. Her national leadership positions include serving as a member of the Professional Standards Committee and as chair of the Professional Development Committee for the American Counseling Association. Dr. Paul also served as a board member of the National Career Development Association and more recently served a 5-year term on the Board of Directors of the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs.
