In addition to teaching for Walden, Dr. Neal operates a private practice. She utilizes her real-life experience as a therapist in the classroom. Prior to opening her practice, she was director of outpatient mental health therapy at several locations, which gave her the opportunity to work on both sides of the playing field in mental health.
