The Writing Center
Our staff of dissertation editors and writing tutors can help you find and refine your scholarly voice, working with you one-on-one online and in person at academic residencies. The Writing Center provides:
- Advice on the writing process, from concept to final draft.
- Free tutorial services on APA style, grammar, and more.
- Workshops and one-on-one consultations on course papers.
- Recommendations for additional writing guides and resources.
Student Success Courses
Our student success courses can help you strengthen your skills in a particular area that impacts your current coursework. Credit is granted for each student success course but does not apply toward online degree program requirements. Courses focus on such topics as graduate writing, communications, and introduction to statistics. View the course descriptions.
Refresh your skills or get support in a new subject area with free tutoring for undergraduate students. We have partnered with an award-winning tutoring service that offers accounting and science-certified tutors who are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Students enrolled in math courses have access to math tutors as well as support tools such as MyMathLab and ebook. All undergraduate students can also take advantage of the Writing Center’s services.
