Background
Dr. Andberg has taught in the classroom and online at the University of Minnesota, Metropolitan State University, and Capella University. Her teaching, research, and consulting have focused on leadership development; nonprofit management, law, and entrepreneurship; multiculturalism and cultural competency; NGOs in developing nations; and public policy and community development. Dr. Andberg has held diverse positions at Minnesota Public Radio, and both the College of Veterinary Medicine and the Minnesota Extension Service at the University of Minnesota. In her business, Andberg & Associates, she consults with nonprofit organizations, universities, and foundations. She is also the co-founder and owner of Performance Tours and The Meeting Planners, Inc.
