Background

Dr. Worch has spent the last 36 years in the profession of law enforcement and was the elected Sheriff of Charlotte County, Fla., from 1988–2000. Dr. Worch has expertise in politics, the criminal justice system, and American government. He also has given lectures to Russian Federation Law Enforcement Personnel on policing in the United States and America’s perspective on international terrorism.
