Background
Dr. Rooney has a wide range of experience in direct service delivery as well as the management of behavioral health services, including the treatment of mental illness and of chemical dependency disorders. Dr. Rooney is currently the clinical director of a community mental health center in Ohio. He also leads professional workshops on a variety of topics.
