Background
Dr. Bailey currently owns, operates, and manages an educational consulting firm in Barnwell, S.C., and serves as a consultant for several public, private, and governmental agencies involved in the areas of substance abuse prevention, school dropout prevention, and parent and community involvement. With more than 14 years of experience in the field of education, Dr. Bailey has served as an evaluator for Howard Gardner’s Teaching for Understanding project at Harvard University and as a senior staffer for the National Dropout Prevention Center at Clemson University.
