Background
Dr. Clay’s humanistic philosophy approach to education supports her desire to promote a wider sphere of influence by addressing diversity concerns and integrating information on diverse cultures and issues through literature and service learning–based initiatives. Dr. Clay has taught in both online and traditional learning environments, serving both undergraduate and graduate studies of various disciplines.
