The effect of social culture and organizational culture on work behavior (especially organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviors)
Background
Currently, Dr. Kwantes works as a part-time faculty member in the School of Psychology. Her research program focuses on how social culture affects work behavior and attitudes, specifically in the areas of work motivation, organizational commitment, and organizational culture. Her work has resulted in a number of publications, as well as presentations in various locations, such as Hungary, Taiwan, Sweden, and Turkey.
