Background
Dr. Diebold enlisted for six years in the Air Force, worked 15 years in the construction industry, and then returned to college to pursue a degree in civil engineering—only to inadvertently discover behavioral and social sciences. He switched his major, earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology at 40-something, and then earned a Ph.D. in Community Psychology.
