Background
Dr. Mackenburg-Mohn has been a practicing nurse and nurse practitioner since 1980. She has worked in pediatric acute care settings while teaching nursing in both classroom and online programs for the past 17 years. She particularly likes teaching research and how to use evidence for establishing nursing practice. Dr. Mackenburg-Mohn is currently teaching in the MSN degree program at Walden.
