Dr. Forsythe is an accomplished healthcare executive, researcher and teacher with more than 20 years of experience in diverse clinical and administrative roles at large academic medical centers, multifacility health systems, and community hospital facilities. Her particular expertise and focus is perioperative management, organizational development, and the use of simulation lab methodology to analyze and positively impact improvement of patient care, productive clinical workflow, and issue resolution. She is known for the ability to connect individuals for effecting purposeful and successful healthcare experiences, outcomes, and results. She has authored multiple articles and been the principle investigator for numerous IRB-approved studies. Dr. Forsythe has a passion for learning, leading, and teaching; she is active in nursing education as a nursing program coordinator, researcher, instructor, and surveyor.
