Dr. Frazer is a certified nurse educator with more than 26 years of nursing experience and 12 years of experience in academia. A former coordinator of the graduate clinical nurse specialist program at Pennsylvania State University, Dr. Frazer was responsible for recruitment, placement, advising, and instruction of graduate students. Dr. Frazer has published research in several peer-reviewed journals and frequently presents her research and specialization topics at national, state, and regional conferences. In addition, Dr. Frazer was awarded grant money for her research on interdisciplinary learning of quality and safety issues. Dr. Frazer joined Walden’s faculty in 2008 and teaches core classes in the graduate nursing program.
