Dr. Doll is the Walden D.B.A. core course consultant, with a focus on training D.B.A. faculty and enhancing faculty expertise. She joined Walden in 2010 as a contributing faculty member, teaching courses in the D.B.A. program. Previously, she spent 22 years as an Army military police officer, serving in Germany, South Korea, and various locations in the U.S. A former associate professor at the Command and General Staff College, she has taught graduate classes on leading change, leadership, and ethical behavior to military officers from 42 countries. She has published articles in several journals, including the International Journal of Knowledge, Culture and Change Management; Critical Issues in Justice and Politics; and the Military Review. She also volunteers as a member of the Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, Military Retiree Council.
