Dr. Ghormley is a founder of numerous for-profit and nonprofit institutions. She has compiled many presentations and publications, including the Handbook of Information Assurance. In addition, she was appointed honorary chair of the Small Business Advisory Council to the U.S. Congress. Dr. Ghormley has been awarded numerous leadership and research honors from Congress, local government, and educational institutions. She has taught at the university level for more than 14 years. She joined Walden’s faculty in 2011 and teaches in the D.B.A. program.
