Background
Dr. Stieber is founder of Orchestrated Dynamics, a training and human resource consulting firm that specializes in organizational change as well as leadership and team development. Prior to joining Walden, Dr. Stieber worked as a corporate professional for a variety of firms and organizations in human resource management where he implemented major initiatives in leadership development, process improvement, and change management. In addition to serving as a director of management development and training for a Fortune 500 company, Dr. Stieber has a background that includes experience in key succession planning and talent management. Dr. Stieber joined Walden in 2011 and teaches courses in talent management. His previous academic assignments have included teaching human resources and organizational behavior at the Pennsylvania State University, University of Maryland, La Salle University, and Philadelphia University. He has written books and articles on human resource management, leadership development, team development, and organizational change.
