Social project management; project management for youth; project management office maturity
Dr. Dyett currently leads the project management office for a privately held automotive organization. For the last fifteen years, she has successfully managed projects in the automotive, retail, nonprofit, media, and banking industries. She is a certified Project Management Professional and Certified ScrumMaster and is a contributor to the Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3) guide. She has taught project management to adult learners since 2006 and frequently speaks at conferences on project management office maturity. Prior to her project management career, Dr. Dyett held several senior positions in finance and accounting. She joined Walden’s faculty in 2013, teaching courses in the M.S. in Project Management program.
