Background

Dr. Jespersen has more than 25 years of higher education teaching experience. Prior to that, she held a vice president position in an international consulting firm. She also has experience in the management of unionized and non-unionized human resources in utilities and manufacturing, as well as the sale of electric power and rechargeable batteries. Since joining Walden in 2003, she has developed and taught 11 online courses at the doctoral, master’s, and bachelor’s degree levels and currently serves on the Institutional Review Board. As a program coordinator, she administers research committees, makes mentor assignments, handles instructor-course scheduling, resolves student issues, and mentors Knowledge Area Module and dissertation students.
