Dr. Ziemba joined Walden in 2013 as a mentor and doctoral committee chair in the D.B.A. program. He has been active in research for over seven years. He has held and continues to hold many roles in research, including instructor, investigator, and research administrator. He has made presentations on clinical research at several national conferences. Dr. Ziemba is also a member of the board of trustees for an international nonprofit association for clinical research. His doctoral dissertation focused on the role of workload and job roles on burnout among clinical research professionals in community cancer centers. He has continued to research best practices for conducting clinical trials in the community healthcare setting.
