Background
Dr. Roussas is the founder of MSC Inc., which has provided diverse consulting, coaching, and training in multiple countries since 1988. Dr. Roussas is a member of the American Society for Quality, American Management Association, Project Management Institute, and American Marketing Association. He has served as an examiner for the Arizona Governor’s Award for Quality, and he is a certified examiner of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. He has also served as a judge in the Scottsdale Chamber of Commerce and Arthur Andersen’s quality excellence performance awards. In 2009, his book, The Effect of Education on Job Productivity: A Comparison of Online Education versus Classroom Education, was published. He joined Walden’s faculty in 2009, teaching courses in the D.B.A. program.
