Dr. Johnson works for The Boeing Co. in Seattle as an associate technical fellow conducting social science research about the causes of occupational injuries and illnesses. He is the author of more than 12 peer-reviewed articles and focuses his research projects on both quantitative and qualitative methods, including structural equation modeling, multivariate statistics, psychometrics, factor analysis, case studies, and ethnographic studies. Dr. Johnson joined Walden in 2010 and teaches quantitative methods in the D.B.A. program.
