Dr. Lynch-McClure has spent nearly 20 years working in education as an administrator and educator. She presents frequently at conferences on subjects that include professional learning communities, undergraduate education, and technology in the classroom. She joined Walden’s faculty in 2003 and teaches human resource courses in the College of Management and Technology. She has served in many capacities at Walden, including instructor for the new faculty orientation course, university research reviewer, and dissertation committee member.
