Dr. Strickland is founder and principal consultant for Progression Consulting Group, a management, technical, and performance consulting firm. He has more than 10 years of consulting experience, working directly with executives on strategic projects ranging from systems development to marketing research to workflow re-engineering to corporate strategy. Dr. Strickland has published a number of articles in peer-reviewed journals, presented at conferences across the country, and lectured in Oak Ridge, Tenn.; Chicago; Washington; and Paris. Dr. Strickland joined Walden’s D.B.A. faculty in 2010, specializing in quantitative decision-making and research methods. He leverages his consulting experience mentoring Walden doctoral students.
