Background

Dr. Hockin has been an adjunct faculty member at several online universities. He was recently a director for strategic management and liaison for organizational development change management for ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. He has mentored approximately 33 people to completion of their Ph.D.s and continues to mentor Walden D.B.A. students. He has taught hundreds of courses during the previous 20 years of his career across multiple educational institutions and corporate environments and has served on more than 250 learner doctoral committees. He has also served on the Board of Examiners for the Minnesota Quality Award and the Malcolm Baldrige National Performance Excellence Program Quality Award as an evaluator and judge. He joined Walden’s faculty in 2009.
