Dr. Kilmer joined Walden as a School of Management faculty member in 1997. After serving in the U.S. Army for 22 years, he now works with Walden students and faculty members to find long-term solutions to difficult real-world problems. Dr. Kilmer also has a full-time appointment teaching information systems and operations management in the business department of Messiah College, a small liberal arts college in south-central Pennsylvania.
