Background

Dr. Johnson has worked in international development for more than 16 years and has taught in higher education, from the associate to the doctoral level, for more than a decade. He has supervised 12 doctoral dissertations and mentored and evaluated new and adjunct faculty in course development and teaching. Dr. Johnson presents frequently at International Leadership Association conferences and is experienced in all aspects of academic publishing. He has written and edited three books and has taught more than 200 courses. Dr. Johnson joined Walden’s faculty in 2012 and teaches mentoring courses for the D.B.A. program.
