Dr. Perry came to Walden in 2009 as a core faculty member for the M.S. in Leadership program. Prior to that, he spent 30 years in dual roles as a nonprofit executive leader and consultant/trainer working with nonprofit organizations, schools, and small businesses. He has taught at the university level since 1999 while continuing his consulting work. His areas of expertise include leadership and management; organization behavior; executive coaching; service delivery capacity building; program and curriculum development; marketing; financial development; fiscal management; board development; strategic thinking; and diversity and inclusion.
