Background
Dr. Woods-Shatteen has more than 22 years of combined federal and private experience in program and project management with a focus on acquisition and contract management. She has specialized in software development process improvement methodologies and designed network infrastructure for online publishing and content management database systems. Prior to joining Walden, Dr. Woods-Shatteen developed courses and taught graduate-level courses at Bowie State University.
