Dr. Fusch began her professional career as an owner of a mid-sized appliance and electronics company. She went on to work in the criminal justice field and later worked as a leadership and organizational performance consultant in the public and private sectors. This is where she developed a passion for mentoring others to achieve their best. She joined Walden in 2013 and teaches courses in contemporary business problems in the D.B.A. program. She also serves as a doctoral committee chair.
