Dr. Hardy teaches at Walden University and at the Grenoble Ecole de Management in France and is a project consultant for several European universities. She is also director of online studies for the D.B.A. program at the University of Liverpool, in partnership with Laureate. During the last 17 years, Dr. Hardy has gained extensive experience in leading and managing international research projects, in senior positions at institutions and organizations including the University of Applied Sciences including professorial at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland, the Open University UK, the Swiss Graduate School of Public Administration, Glion Institute of Higher Education Switzerland, European Network for Communication & Information Perspectives, and the European Commission Joint Research Centre. She has a leading role in a number of international research projects, with partners including the European Commission, United Nations, World Bank, the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development, as well as many other national and international organizations and companies. Dr. Hardy has also organized a number of international conferences and workshops and is a member of the editorial board of several international journals in the areas of knowledge and change management.
