Dr. Taylor taught in K–12 education for 15 years before moving into school administration. She went on to serve as an elementary school principal, director of instruction, and finally a high school principal. She then transferred to higher education as an administrator, student teacher supervisor, and adjunct faculty instructor. She has taught organization and leadership and teacher certification courses for the past 13 years. Dr. Taylor loves to travel, read, conduct research, and learn about other places and cultures. She learned to speak Spanish while living in Venezuela for six years.
