Dr. McIntosh worked for more than 30 years in finance and accounting, in which he held executive positions, and investment banking. He is founder and president of MCM Financial Advisors LLC, an independent financial advisory firm providing consulting services to emerging growth companies on issues including corporate strategy, raising capital, and mergers and acquisitions. He is also on active consultant for the Asian Development Bank. Previously, he was a senior investment banker and corporate finance executive on corporate and international projects and has worked with various Wall Street firms, including Goldman Sachs, Paine Webber, and Kinnard Investments. He began his career at Arthur Andersen.
